As a SaaS provider of a video platform for on-demand and live content, our customers have high security requirements for us as a company and for our products. The high availability of our systems, the protection of customer data and media content, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the general data protection regulation (GDPR), are a particular focus.

In order to meet these requirements for our customers and employees, we have established an information security management system that has been equipped with a variety of technical and organizational measures and is monitored, measured and constantly improved in a ongoing process.

Certification

Our management system is certified according to the international standard for information security ISO/IEC 27001:2013.

The scope relates to the development and provision of software solutions in the area of video streaming at our two locations in Munich and Berlin.
