The following external 3rd party services are used in our product (SDN).
End-user personal data is processed by 3Q GmbH as a processor, on behalf of the customer for the provision of the services. The entities below act as sub-processors on behalf of 3Q GmbH.

Kubernetes, fallback solution in case of malfunction or overload in media processing.
Activates itself automatically when encoding load is too high.

3Q sends the video to aiconix via an API endpoint. aiconix analyses the video and sends the subtitle text to 3Q.

Every time statistic data for audio and video assets are tracked via 3Q media player. Temporary storage of statistical raw data for capacity reasons.
