The following external 3rd party services are used in our product (SDN).

End-user personal data is processed by 3Q GmbH as a processor, on behalf of the customer for the provision of the services. The entities below act as sub-processors on behalf of 3Q GmbH.

3Q sends the transcription text file to DeepL for translation.  Immediately after the translation, the original file is deleted.

Processing of Personal Data

Metadata texts or texts from subtitle files are sent to OpenAI for the creation of optimized texts, chapters or images. Entries and results are completely deleted after a maximum of 30 days.
